The Tower Bridge

The Tower Bridge was opened at 1894. The Bridge connects the north side (city of London) with the south side (Southwark). It´s a flap bridge.
The name of the bridge cams from the Tower of London. The bridge belongs to  “Bridge Houses Estates”. 1910 the bridge was closed because it bacame an attraction for pickpockets and prostitutes.
In 1982 the Tower bridge opend again for the public.
