Austria

It is not only the country were Swarovski is from. It is also the country where I am from but there is a lot more to tell about Austria.

Graz - the city were I was born

I was born at the hospital in Graz (that's long ago ...)
Then I grew up in Frohnleiten - check the pix in "Visits to Europe"
Later my parents moved to Gratkorn where they still live.

There names are: Hermann & Paula and they live together with Mimmy their cat. I know that you have realized in the meantime that I like cats :)

My eldest sister Christine and her husband Heimo live in Graz together with their kids Stefan (Steve), Tomas, Teresa & Jeannine. If you have a question about computers, just ask Steve but don't bother him about Microschrott (sorry this is a German joke!).

My brother Albrecht and Delphine live also in Graz. Their children are called Fiorina - she is a sunshine - and Nicola (Nico).

Innsbruck

If you ever come to Austria during xmas time visit Innsbruck. You will be amazed! Taste the "Kirchln" at the various Christkindlmärkte (xmas markets) enjoy the flair of the city. I am no writer but Valentina is. She is one of my nieces who lives there. Check out her website and you will see that she is also a talented photographer.

And she enjoys receiving SMS :)))))))

In Innsbruck you can meet my sister Hermine. In case you ever plan to furnish your house you should contact her. It is not her profession but one of her talents.

There is also Julia - just give her a call when you feel a little bit down, she makes you laugh in a second and all the problems are forgotten. And one day she will own a famous restaurant. You should start saving money already now, so you can afford to have dinner there - you will enjoy it!

Then there comes Jippsy their bunny and of course Hansi their father.

And finally Vienna

Vienna is the capital of Austria and it is the city where I live together with Noel my cat.

But also my sister Monika as well as here husband Fritz with their children Michael and Carmen live here.

Monika is a famous xmas cookie baker! Her cookies are not only delicious but the most beautiful cookies in the world! And I have travelled quite a lot, so I should know!
